Lookout Landlord is a tenant-focused platform built to make renting more transparent, fair, and safe.

Hi, I’m Jonathan Ronimous — husband, father of five, and founder of this platform. My family and I have dealt with the stress of unsafe conditions, ignored repairs, and feeling powerless as renters.

This site is not here to unfairly attack landlords. It is here to give tenants a structured, honest way to share experiences while also recognizing landlords who treat people right.

The long-term goal is to build a tenant advocacy hub with landlord reviews, tenant resources, legal-aid information, and practical tools renters can use before and after signing a lease.
